Natural latex, skillfully extracted from the bark of the Tunu rubber tree in the Mosquitia rainforest, has been prized for centuries by the region's native Tawira for its unique ability to provide a strong, flexible, cohesive moisture barrier. In a region of heavy rainfalls and river transport, latex rubber has been an indispensable natural resource that has touched all aspects of native life from the waterproofing of ponchos and food sacs to use as a hair styling aid by the tribe renowned as "the people of beautiful hair".
Spray onto dry styled hair, holding 8-12 inches away. Spray evenly to finish style, or spray section by section to create definition. For an extra boost of flexible volume, hold hair away from head one section at a time and spray through hair as it falls. Repeat as needed for additional hold.
Tips:
- When hair is slightly damp, lightly mist Tunu Elastik™ Flexible Finishing Hairspray into each section while blow-drying with a thermal round brush for improved hold and control. Finish off your style using the Ojon® Shine & Protect Glossing Mist.
- After blow-drying using Ojon® Conditioning Volumizing Foam, lightly mist Tunu Elastik™ Flexible Finishing Hairspray onto each section while setting your hair with hot rollers, Velcro rollers or a curling iron to hold, strengthen, volumize and provide more elasticity to your curls.
- When diffusing curly hair, spray Tunu Elastik™ Flexible Finishing Hairspray into hair while scrunching to achieve a long-lasting, firm hold to your curl. To add weightless shine and conditioning, finish with Ojon® Conditioning Shine Serum.
