Well, let me start by saying, it combines the full coverage of a foundation, the hydrating and anti-ageing ingredients of a serum and the feel of a primer, with SPF50 broad spectrum sunscreen. Could you ask for more from one product?
How Do I Choose A Formula?
While the Original CC+ Cream is the best-seller, this cult classic is also available in Illuminating and Oil-Control Matte finishes, so you can find the perfect formula for your skin type and concerns.
All variations offer colour correcting properties for concerns like redness and pigmentation, and a medium to full coverage finish which can be sheered out or built up depending on your personal preference.
The Original already has a dewy, radiant finish, however if you want to take that up a notch, the Illuminating variation has a super fine shimmer through it which gives even more natural-looking luminosity to the complexion.
And if you struggle with excess shine throughout the day, I suggest opting for the Oil-Control Matte formula. It prevents excess oil breakthrough and is long-wearing, however it does have a slightly lower SPF rating than the other two formulas.
How Do I Choose A Shade?
With 12 shades varying from very fair to deep, choosing your shade online might seem like quite a challenge, but that's why we've got Findation. You can input shades of other foundations you've worn before, and Findation's algorithm will give you a shade match in the IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream.

Does This Mean I Don't Need To Wear Sunscreen?
Sadly, no. You still need to use your regular SPF50 underneath, as a little goes a LONG way with this stuff. Like seriously, you only need one pump for your whole face to get decent coverage. And when it comes to sunscreen application, one pump simply isn't enough to get adequate protection.
But hey, if you realise half way to work that you forgot to apply your SPF underneath your CC+ Cream, it's a lot better than nothing.
